Meet at 11am at Wandlebury car park by notice board for start of walk.
1 hour walk followed by refreshments at pop up coffee hot chocolate wagon (or if wet drive to Stapleford Granary cafe)

Bridge The Gap Walk for ARHC
Our September Walk and Talk will be the Bridge the Gap walk for ARHC
A group of us will take part in The Bridge the Gap walk through the Cambridge colleges organised by Arthur Rank Hospice Charity (ARHC) and raising money for this fabulous charity. Put the date in your diary and join the walk with members of Cambridge Widows.

Race for Life - 5km walk through Cambridge
Join the Cambridge Widows team to run, jog or walk the 5km Race for Life, raising money for Cancer Research and remembering our husbands, wives and other loved ones who died from cancer.
Men can join too!
Open to anyone whose life partner has died, however they died. Contact us for more information if you would like to join our team.

Gentle candlelight yoga
This gentle candlelight yoga evening is a special class for Cambridge Widows, run by one of our members.
A mindful and somatic class to soothe the brain and nervous system of the grieving. Includes yoga nidra for deep rest and relaxation.

A fun 2 hour painting class with Penny Dullam who will provide step by step instructions and guidance to help you produce your own masterpiece using acrylics.
