We ask for a contribution of £80 for the full day including supper. All profits will go to Hospice UK Charity. To pay please follow the link after submitting this form. If we don't receive payment from you, we will email you an invoice which can be paid without a PayPal account. Full joining instructions will be sent on receipt of payment. No refunds will be given.

In registering for this event, you must agree to the following booking conditions:

This event is run by Cambridge Widows as a voluntary effort with all profits going to Hospice UK Charity. All payments made in advance of the event are non refundable, except in the circumstances that the event is cancelled by us.

We will record and live stream the performance. As part of your participation in this event, you consent to being videoed and to photographs being taken throughout the day. These photos may be shared on our social media and websites.

You agree that you are solely responsible for your actions on the day of the event and we are not responsible for any injury or illness that you may suffer as a result of your participation.

Due to current problems with the lift, we may not be able to accommodate those with mobility restrictions. Please contact us if this is an issue.
